Tiffany Bell

Tiffany is a Partner at Ronin Equity Partners.

Tiffany has 10+ years of experience in delivering value for private equity investors, including a broad range of execution and transformation advisory work focusing on cash, cost and commercial profitability. At Ronin, she leads the execution advisory pillar, providing execution advisory services to private equity clients and portfolio companies. 

Previously, Tiffany served as a cost transformation and commercial pricing advisor to Bain Capital for their acquisition of Diversey. As a member of the transformation office at Diversey, she drove cost optimization across the organization and lead the development of commercial pricing visibility, discipline and strategy to drive profitable topline growth. Prior to Diversey, Tiffany worked at Heinz, and subsequently Kraft Heinz, in various positions and senior leadership roles including U.S. Foodservice Commercial Finance, Global FP&A, Global Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), Global Head of Working Capital and Cash Flow, and Head of Coffee Category. Tiffany was a key transformation leader through the 3G acquisition of Heinz, as well as the Kraft-Heinz merger.

Tiffany received a B.S. in Business Administration & Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance & Marketing from Duquesne University.
